1. Who we are
Fortune Advisor ("the App") is published by Xuequn Mei ("we", "us"), an individual developer registered with the Apple Developer Program. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.

2. What the App collects

We do not collect: your name or email address (unless you email us), your phone number, your location, your contacts, your photos, your device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or any usage analytics. The App contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
3. Local processing
Four calculation systems run entirely on your device: the Four Pillars (Bazi) engine, the Western astrological engine, the Pythagorean numerology engine, and the calendar/almanac engine. These produce results with no network connection at all. If you use the App in airplane mode, those four systems still work in full.
4. Third parties
When you ask a question that requires a generated answer, your text and the computed chart figures are transmitted through our relay server to an AI model provider. We use:
- Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (DashScope) — large language model inference. Its privacy terms are available at alibabacloud.com.
- Cloudflare Workers — a relay that forwards requests. It does not retain message content beyond the moment of forwarding.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any party other than the model provider described above.
5. Retention
- On your device: your profile and chat history stay until you delete them in the App, or delete the App itself.
- In transit: requests are processed and not stored by us. Our relay keeps no message log.
- At the model provider: retention is governed by their terms, linked above.
- Daily request counter: we store a count of how many requests were made today, on your device only, with no content attached.
6. Your choices
- Use it fully offline. If you do not connect an AI key, the App never makes a network request. All four calculation systems still work.
- Clear everything. Settings → clear data removes your profile and history from the device.
- Delete the App. Removes all local data immediately.
- Ask us. Write to the address in section 1 and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us and we will help remove any local data.
8. Security
Traffic between the App and our relay uses HTTPS. We do not operate user accounts, so there is no password database to breach. Local data is protected by your device's own encryption and passcode.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note the change in the App's release notes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

我们不收集：你的姓名或邮箱（除非你主动来信）、手机号、位置、通讯录、照片、 设备标识符、广告标识符，也不采集任何使用统计。本应用不含第三方广告或统计 SDK。
三、本地计算
四套算法全部在你的设备上运行：子平四柱、西方占星、毕达哥拉斯灵数、万年历法。 这四套的运算完全不需要联网。即使开飞行模式，四套算法照常算完整流程。
四、第三方
当你提出的问题需要生成式回答时，你的文字与已算出的盘面数据会经我们的中转服务器， 发送给 AI 模型服务商。我们使用：
- 阿里云百炼（DashScope）——大模型推理服务。其隐私条款见 阿里云官网。
- Cloudflare Workers——仅作请求转发，不保留消息内容。
我们不出售你的数据，不与广告商、数据中间商或上述之外的任何方共享。
五、保存期限
- 本机：档案与对话记录保留至你在应用内清除，或删除本应用为止。
- 传输中：请求处理完毕后不存储，中转服务不留消息日志。
- 服务商侧：按上述服务商条款处理。
- 每日次数：本机记录当天已用次数，不含任何内容。
六、你的选择
- 完全离线使用。不接入 AI 时，本应用不发任何网络请求，四套算法照常运行。
- 清空数据。设置里清除数据，即可从本机删除档案与记录。
- 删除应用。本地数据立即清除。
- 联系我们。写信至第一节的地址，我们会在 30 天内答复。
七、儿童
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童信息。若你认为有儿童使用了本应用， 请联系我们协助清除本地数据。
八、安全
本应用与中转服务器之间使用 HTTPS。我们不设账号系统，因此没有密码库可被攻破。 本地数据受设备自身的加密与锁屏密码保护。

若本政策有实质变更，我们会更新页面顶部的日期，必要时在版本说明中注明。 变更后继续使用即视为接受修订后的政策。
